Using Library Study Rooms

The library offers 19 small group huddle rooms for use by library patrons. These spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis, with the exception of huddle rooms 105 and 112, which receive priority use by the Writing Center and Tutoring Services during their established hours.  See schedules for the Writing Center and Tutoring Center here.

Other rooms (listed below) must be reserved for use. Each room may only be reserved for a two hour block at one time. Extensions may be granted if no other individuals or groups are waiting to use the space.

Patrons may reserve these spaces with a valid campus ID card at the library front desk, by emailing librarian@wvwc.edu, or by calling 304-473-8013. When reserving a room, please indicate why you'll be using the room and an anticipated total number of individuals who will be using the space.

Please note that library spaces cannot be reserved through the campus intranet room reservation system.
